A modern residential neighbourhood in Corbeanca, 15 km north of Bucharest, in a clean, green area close to the city. On a 10-hectare site we built almost 190 single-storey detached houses of 121 sq m. The project was designed by experienced architects and delivered by professional builders.
The houses are practical and comfortable: brick outer walls, quality interior finishes and high ceilings of 3 m. We used non-toxic materials and components. Every house is connected to all utilities: sewerage, gas and electricity.
Today some of the houses are rented out long-term through our MyCorbeanca Rent project.
